Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Our emails identify us as the sender and include our postal address. After you opt out, we may still send non-marketing messages related to a request you made.
If you give consent on a form, we may send you text messages about our resources, newsletter, webinars, and related updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of getting a free resource.

Meta's use of this information is governed by Meta's own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
