What is the difference between GoGuruX and Brock Portal?
GoGuruX is where you sell and serve clients: marketing, client records, calls, texts and email, quoting and enrollment. Brock Portal is where you run your business with Brock: contracting, commissions, compliance and production tracking.
Who can use the Resource Hub?
Agents in the Brock system sign in with their NPN and email. Inside are recorded trainings, School of Brock courses, carrier materials, scripts, state playbooks, marketing assets and contracting guides.
Do I have to pay for the weekly trainings?
No. The weekly live sessions are free for licensed agents. In-person events like Behind the Agency and the Medicare Agent Bootcamp are paid and have their own registration.
Does Brock Partners take a cut of my commission?
No. Carriers pay you directly at your contract level. Brock Partners is paid separately by the carrier. Nothing is deducted from your commission.
Where is Brock Partners based?
Brock Partners is based at 499 Air Park Rd in Tupelo, Mississippi, where we host Behind the Agency and run Brock Studio. We work with agents across the country.
